South Sudan’s government delegation headed by the Presidential Advisor on National Security Affairs, Tut Gatluak are in N’djamena on Tuesday.
The government says the team went to Chad to convey President Kiir’s condolence message to the people and Government of Chad on the passing on of President Iddris Deby last week.
The condolence letter was handed over to General Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno who succeeded his late father Iddris Deby and the current Chairperson of the Transitional Military Council in Chad.
