National Youth Union relieves 3 executive members

The Chairperson of the National Youth Union of South Sudan, Mr Gola Boyoi Gola has on Thursday relieved three of his officials.

In a dismissal letter seen by Juba Echo today, the youth leader said:

“This Order shall be cited as Executive Order No: (04) for the year 2022 A.D for the relieve of the three executive committee members of South Sudan National Youth Union and shall come into force on the date of its signature by the Chairman of South Sudan National Youth Union,” the order read in part.

“In exercise of powers conferred upon me under Article 19.1. Sub Article (D) of the General Regulations of South Sudan National Union 2019 as amended; I Gola Boyoi Gola, Chairman of South Sudan National Youth Union, do hereby issue this Executive Order No: (04) for the relief of the three executive committee members with effect from 05th May 2022 as hereunder,” it continued.

Those relieved were Mr Benjamin Bang Bang, Deputy Chairman, Mr Simon Yel Yel, Deputy Secretary for finance and Investment, and Mr Wany Lam Tuor, Deputy Secretary-General. No reasons for the relief were given.
