One of the famous hotels in Juba, Hai Amarat Classic is scheduled to close today because of disagreement between its shareholders.
One of the two shareholders who preferred anonymity alleged that disagreement between them could not be resolved, he had suggested that the assets be divided but since there was no agreement, they went to court and that the best decision for now is to close the business and all other businesses that they as partners run together.
“We are closing all our businesses until our differences are resolved.” Stated one of the owners of the partners to the business.
The same group that runs Amarat Hotel also own and operate, Hai Mouna Hotel and Iron sheet production factory along the River Nile near Royal Palace Hotel.
