Election date set for South Sudan’s Football Association.

The Electoral Committee for South Sudan’s Football Association is calling for those interested to contest for the presidency of the association to submit in their applications.

The committee says the elections are scheduled for June 21.

The electoral committee says it has begun receiving applications on Monday (today) May 17th.
Speaking to Juba Echo, Attorney Arik Ring, Chairman of the electoral committee, says candidates are given an 2-5 days to complete their applications; then within 10 days there will be a final nomination.

Those aggrieved would be given an opportunity to appeal and raise objections within seven days after the results of the nominations are out.
