By Staff writer South Sudan President Salva Kiir replaced the country’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, appointing Mayik Ayii Deng in place of Beatrice Khamisa Wani.Kiir’s decision was announced in a decree read on the State owned South Sudan Broadcasting Corporation on Thursday night.No reason was given for the changes.
